2008 Pinot Gris - A spicy, aromatic Gris in the Alsatian style – a satisfying wine on its own or with light to medium intensity flavoured dishes. $23
2008 Pinot Rosé - A benchmark rosé made from premium Pinot Noir matched with restrained French oak. Intense pink this year, with a delicate perfume and a gentle spiciness that builds in the mouth. This wine is a very versatile food wine and, like good French rosé, gets better and better with maturation. $20
2008 Baco Noir - this rare French hybrid has produced a deep coloured, smokey, earthy, medium bodied wine reminiscent of Northern Italian reds. Distinctly drier than most Australian reds, this food wine has proved to be something of a hit at the famed Agrarian Kitchen Cooking School. $28
Coming Spring 2010 - 2008 'Reserve' Pinot Noir
